The Role n

Working Monday-Friday, you’ll oversee Sales and Property Management Trust Accounts across the business, working closely with the Sales and Property Management teams.

- Manage Sales & Property Management Trust Accounting
n
- Complete daily/monthly reconciliations and reporting
n
- Manage forecasting, budgets and cash flow reporting
n
- Run mid-month and end-of-month statements and payments
n
- Assist with audits, disbursements and ad hoc accounting duties
n

The Candidate n

We’re looking for someone who is confident in real estate trust accounting and enjoys being part of a high-performing team. You’ll ideally have:

- Previous real estate trust accounting experience
n
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
n
- Strong communication skills
n
- A proactive "can-do" attitude
