Associate Landscape Architect- National Studio n

With decades of success across planning and transport, the business is now investing heavily in its emerging landscape arm, offering a rare chance to help shape a team from the ground up. This role will see you working closely with an entrepreneurial Director, driving projects, clients, and team performance. They are seeking a commercially astute and design-led Associate to play a pivotal role in the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Lead full project lifecycle across a diverse portfolio including urban development, infrastructure, and both national and international work
n
- Drive client engagement, maintaining and growing key relationships to secure repeat business
n
- Work closely with the Director to providestrategic oversight while maintaining hands‑on project control
n
- Support and mentor a junior team, fostering a high‑performing and collaborative culture
n
- Manage project financials including invoicing, forecasting, and commercial outcomes
n
- Contribute to business development initiatives and strengthen market presence through your network
n
- Drive program, design coordination, and documentation across all project stages
n




- Contribute to the growth of the studio
n

Skills and Experience nn
- 10+ years’ of professional experience within a reputable landscape or urban design practice
n
- Proven experience operating at Associatelevel within landscape architecture
n
- Strong leadership capability with a track record of mentoring and developing teams
n
- Demonstrated expertise across multiple sectors including greenfield developments, architectural, residential and international project work
n
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development
n
- Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
n
- Confident leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
n
