Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

- Maintain and oversee the coffee machine settings and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation techniques and customer service best practices.
n
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.

- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
n
- Proven barista experience in a rapid-paced environment
n
- Experience in front of house roles, providing excellent customer service
n
- Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
n
- Good time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
n
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
