Rental Sales Assistant/Quality Inspector n

Hertz Cobar has a part-time position available for a customer focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and who is self-motivated with an eye for detail.

The position offers: n

- Ability to work from home whilst processing Rental Agreements
n
- Supportive Team
n
- Part Time - 10.00am to 1.00pm Monday to Friday however, flexibility will be required
n

Main Duties: n

This role includes

n

n
- Data Entry
n
- Entering reservations into our Counter system,
n
- Opening & Closing Rental Agreements.
n
- Liaise with customers to obtain Drivers Licence details and a method of payment
n
- Collect dirty vehicles from Cobar Airport
n
- Detail vehicles. Washing, Vacuuming & cleaning
n
- Return clean vehicles to Cobar Airport
n
- Load Dropbox - load and program key dispensing kiosk
n
- Photograph every vehicle and upload them to the cloud prior to each rental
n
- Update Database with Registration Number, key position & code
n
- Meeting customers at Cobar Airport when & if required
n
- Computer, printer,



Mobile Phone & Tablet provided
n
- Training & ongoing support provided.
n

Skills & Attributes: n

Minimum 2 years customer service (hospitality, retail) Desirable

n

Must have a current driver's license - condition of employment

n

Administration experience beneficial, however not necessary

n

Computer literate - word, CRM, email

n

Sense of urgency - self motivated
