Home to Mrs May Bistro and Bar and Taffy’s Sports Bar , The Entrance Social Club brings together courtyard catch-ups, big sporting moments and live music. With seafood favourites, bar snacks and pub classics with a twist, food is a big part of what brings people through the doors.

Redcape Hospitality is looking for Chefs & Cooks to join the kitchen on a casual basis , with 20–38 hours per week available .

n

We welcome applicants at different stages of their kitchen careers. If you have previous cooking experience, take pride in your food and enjoy a busy service with a good team, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing nn
- Prepare and cook meals to recipe and presentation standards
n




- Set up your section and keep prep on track for service
n
- Work with the team to deliver orders accurately and on time
n
- Help across kitchen sections during busy periods
n
- Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and follow food safety procedures
n
- Support stock rotation, portion control and waste reduction
n

What we’re looking for nn
- Previous cooking experience, preferably in a high-volume pub or restaurant
n
- Strong teamwork, communication and a reliable approach
n
- Ability to stay organised and manage competing orders
n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery desirable, but not essential
n
- Availability across lunch, dinner, weekends and public holidays, including occasional split shifts
