Account Manager/Senior Recruitment Consultant SA

Location: Adelaide, SA

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Super + commissions + future team commissions

Fetch Recruitment has been established for 15 years, starting as a boutique agency servicing the White-Collar Melbourne Construction & Civil markets, before we quickly grew to Blue Collar Trades and Labour servicing Construction, Civil, Manufacturing, Subcontracting and Mining.

Due to a high client demand, Fetch is looking for an experienced consultant to continue to grow the South Australia office.

With a current team of 45 across Australia, we are looking to add to our team with top talent that can take us to the next stage of our evolution.

The Role

Fetch is looking for an experienced consultant to join a growing SA Civil Trades and Labour team and own the candidate pipeline that keeps civil projects across the state moving. You'll build real relationships with skilled workers and have a clear path to grow your career at Fetch.





The successful candidate will help manage the Civil Trades, blue collar desk and have a strong recruitment background with a proven history of strong billing & performance in the SA Civil Trades space.

Our Ideal Candidate

- 3-4+ years of recruitment experience in Civil Trades
- Thorough knowledge of the South Australia recruitment market
- Solid sales knowledge & background
- 360 Degree recruitment experience
- Labour Hire experience (preferred)
