The Landscape Team is a growing structural landscaping company based on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in high-end outdoor spaces and quality landscape construction.

We offer a 4-day, 40-hour working week, Monday to Thursday — giving you a long weekend every week.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Landscape Labourer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, wants to learn new skills and is looking to build a career in landscaping and construction.

You’ll be working alongside a great team on quality landscaping projects, learning the skills needed to build a career in the landscaping industry.

Job Overview: n

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be part of the team building high-quality outdoor spaces for our clients. You’ll work alongside our tradesmen, learn new skills and be involved in the day-to-day construction of our projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Assist in the installation of hardscapes, including concreting, paving, retaining walls, and other structural elements.
n
- Help with the preparation and maintenance of job sites, ensuring they are clean, organised and safe.
n
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
n




- Perform general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
n
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately.
n
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
n
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
n

About You: nn
- Previous experience in landscaping or construction is preferred.
n
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy materials.
n
- Knowledge of basic landscaping tools and equipment.
n
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
n
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
n
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
n
- Four day, 40 hour week. Monday – Thursday.
