Role Overview

- Job Title: Client Solutions Manager, eCommerce
- Location: Sydney, Australia (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday); open to Melbourne-based candidates willing to relocate
- Role Type & Reason: Contingent Worker / Parental Leave Cover
- Contract Duration: 12 Months (dependent on business needs)
- Estimated Start Date: ASAP
- Notice Period Preference: 15 days to 1 month

Core Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with key client and agency partners.
- Use Meta platform expertise to guide strategy, measurement solutions, and campaign structures based on client KPIs.
- Consult on complex advertising solutions, integrations, and campaign optimisations in real-time.
- Manage revenue delivery, track account spend, and oversee revenue recognition.
- Use analytics and dashboards to deliver data-driven insights to clients.
- Partner with Client Partners to identify upsell opportunities and drive incremental revenue growth.
- Educate clients and agencies on Meta product developments and industry best practices.





Candidate Qualifications & Experience

- Experience Level: Preferred 8–10 years of experience (IC5 equivalent level). Also open to mid-level candidates (IC4 level) with 5–6 years of experience if they have a robust performance marketing background.
- Background Requirements: Proven experience as a Client Solutions Manager in digital performance marketing with hands-on expertise using Meta Ads Manager.
- Target Roles/Backgrounds: Head of Performance, Growth Lead, or Digital Performance Marketing Specialist.
- Industry Background: Independent agencies (e.g., WPP, Elephant Room, Incubator) or client-side experience at competitor platforms (e.g., TikTok).

• • Key Skills: Direct Response marketing, D2C e-commerce ecosystem, ad-tech, data & analytics, and familiarity with applying AI tools in performance marketing.
