The opportunity Randstad is partnering with a large, established not-for-profit organisation on Brisbane's northside to recruit a Management Accountant with a strong management accounting focus. This is an opportunity to work across diverse service portfolios, supporting operational leaders with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial insights.

Beyond the base salary, the organisation offers generous NFP salary packaging benefits, helping you retain more of your earnings. Key responsibilities Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and financial insights.

Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial modelling. Partner with operational stakeholders to support informed financial decisions. Monitor program funding, revenue recognition and expenditure.

Support month-end processes, reconciliations and financial accuracy. Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and systems.

About you n

Demonstrated management accounting experience,



particularly budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Previous experience within the not-for-profit sector, ideally with exposure to government-funded programs. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems and reporting tools.

Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA studies advantageous.

At a $110,000 base salary, fully utilising these benefits could deliver take-home pay comparable to earning approximately $119,000/120,000 + super in a standard taxable role . This is a tax benefit from packaging part of your salary, rather than an additional cash allowance.
