Monash Health is seeking a Social Worker (Grade 4) to join the Acute Community Intervention Service in Dandenong. You will work within the Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team (CATT), delivering comprehensive mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and short-term treatment in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.
