Actively engaging participants in group activities, programs, and community outings

Bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and positivity into the day program

Encouraging social interaction, confidence, and independence

Supporting behaviour support strategies in a calm, proactive way

Working closely with your team to create a welcoming, inclusive setting

n

This role suits someone who lifts the room , builds rapport quickly, and enjoys being hands-on and present.

About You n

This role will suit you if you:

- n

Have previous experience in a Day Program or group-based disability setting

n
- n

Bring an upbeat attitude , strong energy, and genuine passion for engaging people

n
- n

Are confident facilitating group activities and encouraging participation

n
- n

Communicate clearly, set healthy boundaries, and work well in a team

n
- n

Have 6+ months experience or a Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field

n
- n

Driver Licence and reliable, insured vehicle

n
- n

Have NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid

n

n
