Job Description

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, invites an undergraduate in Design or Engineering to join the Accessories Product team for a 12.5‑month placement starting July 2027. You will support the Product Manager and Engineers, engage in product design, market research and regional launches, and help shape future accessory concepts.

You’ll work with Designers, Pricing, Controllers, Marketing and Town/Regional teams, gaining hands‑on experience from day one in a world‑class luxury automotive workplace.
