Known for their high-quality delivery, robust client relationships, and collaborative culture, this business has built an outstanding reputation across the commercial construction sector.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Role n

As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering commercial and office fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with Directors, Site Managers, and clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities n

- Manage commercial and office fit out projects end-to-end
n
- Oversee project budgets, programmes, procurement, and subcontractor management
n
- Coordinate consultants, site teams,



and stakeholders throughout delivery
n
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
n
- Drive project outcomes while managing risks and timelines
n

About You nn
- 3-4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction or office fit out
n
- Experience delivering Design & Construct projects
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Proven ability to manage fast‑paced, high‑quality projects
n
- Organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach
n
