Job Description

Massage Therapist- Clients Ready & Waiting n

City Cave Float and Wellness Centre – Everton Park QLD

n

Massage Therapist | Clients Ready & Waiting

n

Looking for somewhere you can focus on being a great therapist – without having to build everything from scratch?

n

City Cave Everton Park is growing its massage team, and we're looking for passionate Massage Therapists who want to join an established wellness centre with strong client demand.

n

This isn't about simply filling another massage roster.

n

We're looking for therapists who genuinely care about their craft, their clients and being part of a reliable, fun-loving team. In return, we want to create an opportunity that works for you too.

Why City Cave Everton Park? n

Clients ready and waiting
n We already have strong demand for massage at Everton Park and are looking to expand our therapist availability to meet it.

n

Let's talk about how you want to work
n We know one working arrangement doesn't suit every therapist. We're open to conversations around different engagement structures and availability, depending on the individual and the needs of the centre.

n

Whether you're looking for consistent days, additional hours alongside your existing work, or something more substantial, we'd love to understand what you're looking for.

n

n
- For the right candidates, City Cave can provide financial support towards selected short courses and career development opportunities to help expand your skills and treatment offering.
n
- You’ll have access to City Cave services and become part of a growing national wellness brand.
n

n

International candidates are welcome to apply
n If you currently hold a valid Australian visa with appropriate working rights, we'd be happy to hear from you.

n

For eligible candidates, we're also open to discussing future visa pathways where appropriate. Any visa support would be subject to individual eligibility, business requirements and formal approval.

n

A broader approach to wellness
n City Cave brings together massage, float therapy and infrared sauna under one roof, giving our therapists the opportunity to work within a genuine wellness environment rather than a traditional massage-only clinic.

Who we're looking for n

Qualifications matter, but the person behind them matters just as much.

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Reliable and committed to the availability they agree to
n
- Warm, professional and genuinely client-focused
n
- Passionate about massage and continuing to develop their skills
n
- Comfortable working as part of a broader centre team
n
- Confident delivering high-quality treatments within their scope of practice
n
- Interested in building long-term relationships with clients rather than simply moving through appointments
n

n

Remedial qualifications are highly regarded, however we'd also love to hear from therapists with strong relaxation, deep tissue, sports or other relevant massage experience.

n

For remedial therapists providing health-fund-rebate services, appropriate qualifications, professional association membership and insurance requirements will apply.

n

Already working somewhere else?
n That's okay.

n

You don't necessarily need to leave an existing clinic or completely change your working week to talk to us.

n

If you have one or two days available and want to explore adding City Cave to your week, we'd still like to hear from you.

n

Likewise, if you're looking for something more substantial, tell us.
