As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential construction projects across Melbourne's northern, western and eastern suburbs. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in delivering quality homes, maintaining strong relationships with trades and clients, and keeping projects running efficiently from commencement through to handover.

Key responsibilities

- Managing multiple residential builds from site commencement through to handover
n
- Coordinating and scheduling trades, suppliers and deliveries across multiple sites
n
- Monitoring construction progress and maintaining build schedules
n
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks
n
- Ensuring works comply with approved plans, engineering, specifications and relevant building requirements
n
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship across all projects
n
- Managing site safety, cleanliness and compliance
n
- Identifying and resolving construction issues quickly
n
- Liaising with office, project administration team, trades and suppliers
n
- Managing defects and ensuring homes are completed to a high standard prior to handover
n

About you
n
n
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
n
- Experience gained preferably within custom residential builds
n
- Experience supervising and coordinating multiple construction sites at the same time
n
- Experience supervising residential construction projects in Victoria
n
- Strong knowledge of residential building methods and construction sequencing
n
- Excellent organisational and scheduling skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, trades and deadlines
n
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Knowledge of Victorian building regulations and site safety requirements
n
