Job Description
Purpose of the Role
n

This hybrid role blends technical
n leadership with Agile facilitation. You'll provide mentorship, uphold code
n quality, and drive delivery across a distributed development team. As a
n hands -on leader, you’ll guide and contribute to the development of scalable,
n high -quality software using .NET Core, React, and Azure, while fostering Agile
n best practices and cross -functional collaboration
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Scrum & Team Leadership
n
n
n
- Lead
n a high -performing Agile team consisting of developers (including
n senior engineers) and QA analysts across regions
n
n
- Facilitate
n Scrum ceremonies including daily stand -ups, sprint planning,
n retrospectives, and reviews to drive continuous improvement
n
n
- Provide
n technical leadership on architecture, coding standards, and
n development best practices across the full stack
n
n
- Conduct
n code reviews to ensure security, performance, and maintainability
n
n
- Act
n as a key liaison between developers, QA, product stakeholders, and
n leadership—ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective delivery
n n
Hands -On Development
n
n n
- Develop
n and maintain scalable, secure backend services with NET Core
n
n
- Build
n responsive, performant frontend using Reactjs and modern UI
n patterns
n
n
- Design
n and evolve microservices architecture for modular and maintainable
n systems
n
n
- Manage
n and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and services
n
n
- Support DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment
n efficiency
n
n
- Research
n and experiment with AI LLMs to introduce intelligent, innovative
n features into the product
n

- Proven
n experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in NET Core and
n React ecosystems
n

- Track
n record of leading Agile teams and effectively facilitating Scrum
n ceremonies

- Strong
n understanding of Git workflows, code review processes, and software
n quality practices
n
n
- Familiarity
n with CI/CD pipelines, especially within Azure environments
n
n
- Excellent
n communication skills, with an ability to lead teams across different
n time zones and cultures
n

- Able
n to balance hands -on development with leadership and delivery
