Job Description

UCC Coffee is seeking a Payroll Team Lead to manage payroll operations across Australia and Current Zealand. Based in North Strathfield, you will oversee day-to-day activities, lead one direct report, and ensure compliant, accurate payroll delivery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will drive process improvements, manage payroll systems, and provide trusted advisory support to stakeholders, while contributing to key payroll projects and change initiatives.
