A great chance to take ownership of the HR function within a leading
n Real Estate group based in the heart of Double Bay.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll be the go-to person for all things people in this hands-on, standalone role.

Day to Day n

You'll manage the full employee lifecycle, including:

n

- End-to-end recruitment, contracts, onboarding and offboarding
n
- Advising managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters
n
- Managing performance, conduct, grievances, investigations and terminations
n
- Running performance reviews, training and development
n
- Driving employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives
n
- Supporting salary reviews, benchmarking and payroll
n
- Maintaining HR policies, procedures and employee records
n
- Ensuring compliance across Fair Work, awards and WHS
n
- Workers' compensation and return-to-work matters
n
- HR reporting for the leadership team
n

You’ll Need nn
- 5+ years' generalist HR experience and the confidence to operate autonomously, influence senior stakeholders and handle sensitive matters with sound judgement and discretion.
n
- Experience within property, construction or real estate will be highly regarded.
