Job Description

n
- Experience as a Maximo Techno/Functional Lead with a focus on asset management lifecycle.
n
- In-depth knowledge of Maximo configuration, customization, and administration.
n
- Strong understanding of Asset Management,Work Order Management, Audit and Servey (HSE) and other operational functional modules.
n
- Ensure data integrity and reliability within Maximo to manage assets throughout their lifecycle.
n
- Integrate Maximo solutions with other external systems to streamline the business process for the maintenance of assets.
n
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for Maximo configurations, processes, and enhancements.
n
- Should be well-versed in MBO customizations & Automation Scripting in IBM Maximo.
n
- Lead meetings with business users to gather the new requirements and able to explain the maximo features to map their requirements.
n
- Provide effort estimates for defined scope of work.
n
- Should be able to communicate with users to support and clarrify their queries on techno/functional scenerios.
n




- Develop maximo solution design documents for the requirements as per buniess need.
n
- Should be able to Code, debug, test, and support utilities, tools, and frameworks to support the application development process.
n
- Should have Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge, including experience in writing and deciphering complex SQL queries.
n
- Knowledge of the BIRT Reporting Tool is preferred.
n
- Understanding of Webservice and Restful integration.
n
- Prepare or review Migration packages, associated Management of Change (Migration) documents and oversee migration of components in higher environments
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
n
- Should be well versed to work on the cloud environments and have basic understanding of operating systems.
n
- Prepare the project related repots like incident report, weekly/monthly status report.
