About the Role n

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a range of projects in and around Brisbane. This is a permanent, full-time position offering long-term career stability with a company that values its people as much as its projects.

You'll be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining strict safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Experience in medical, healthcare, or hospital fit-out projects is highly regarded and will be viewed favourably given the technical and compliance demands of this sector.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Oversee and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring works progresses safely, efficiently and to specifications
n
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel, including scheduling and performance oversight
n
- Enforce and uphold WHS standards, conducting toolbox talks, inductions, and regular safety audits
n
- Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project delivery
n
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes, Australian Standards, and project specifications
n
- Manage site programs, track progress against milestones,



and proactively resolve delays or issues
n
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including diaries, inspection records, and incident reports
n
- Support procurement and materials coordination to keep projects moving without delay
n
- Where applicable, manage the additional compliance, infection control, and staging requirements specific to healthcare and medical environments
n

What We're Looking For nn
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial construction or fit-out projects
n
- Healthcare, hospital, or medical fit-out experience highly regarded — familiarity with clinical compliance standards, staged handovers, and operational continuity requirements is a strong advantage
n
- Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety management
n
- Relevant trade qualification and/or Diploma in Building and Construction (or working towards)
n
- Current White Card, Site Supervisor Safety qualification, and a valid driver's licence
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple trades and competing priorities under pressure
n
- Based in or willing to work across Brisbane and surrounding areas
