AusBiz Consulting is looking for exceptional ICT Business Analysts to join our team.n
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: n
n• Work closely with the business and non-technical users to identify business/operational pain points, elicit and analyse requirements, investigate and analyse business/operating proceduresn
n• Formulate and document the business requirements based on the analysis of current business processes and procedures, document AS-IS and TO-Be Processes, and identify opportunities for automation.n
n• Liaise between the business and technology teams to facilitate business-IT alignment and aid in an evidence-based decision-making processn
n• Collaborate with the stakeholders (developer/ product manager/ etc.) to identify, evaluate and recommend software solutionsn
n• Develop detailed functional requirement specifications document using epics and user storiesn
n• Work together with the UI designers to create and review the UI designs in-line with the system specificationsn
n• Communicate the software requirements to the development & QA team during requirement walkthroughs and planning sessionsn
n• Create clear system specifications through the use of use case diagrams, data/process modelling, flowcharts, or other UMLs for the development of the systemn
n• Document and Perform user acceptance testing to ensure the software developed is in line with the requirements, of acceptable quality and plan deployment cyclesn
n• Analyse systems to facilitate third-party integrationsn
n• Identify gaps and inefficiencies and suggest improvements in process or functional specifications of the systemn




n• Work with a team in an Agile environment to implement best practices and timely deliverables to ensure the project is being delivered on time and within the specified budgetn
n• Create and maintain the necessary training/onboarding documentation and conduct training sessions for new team members/customersn
Requirements SKILLS & EXPERIENCEn
nQualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT/ISn
nExperience:n
n• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience working as a Business Analyst/ Product Analyst/ Product Manager or other similar rolesn
nSkills:n
n• Experienced in writing detailed, explicit and consistent functional requirement specifications using Epics and User storiesn
n• Demonstrated ability to prioritize business requirementsn
n• Hands-on experience creating systems specifications using UMLn
n• Experienced working with Power BI and Microsoft technologiesn
n• Strong understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queriesn
n• Knowledge of backend and frontend technologiesn
n• Knowledge and understanding of responsive designs and systemsn
n• Strong understanding of cloud architecturen
n• Experienced working in Agile–Scrum development methodologyn
n• Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluencen
n• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and work in a dynamic team environmentn
n• Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)n
