We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in Paddington. This is a Casual Barista role where approx. 18-24 hours a week are on offer. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry as a Barista, with potential for long-term and consistent employment.

As a Barista/All-Rounder, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee creations, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be supported by our team of F&B; and Hospitality superstars.

Responsibilities:
n
n
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers
n
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and stock areas
n
- Oversee coffee machine settings and perform routine maintenance
n
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons to enhance their experience
n
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
n
- Assist in training new staff members if required
n
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
- English proficiency is a must - both spoken and written
n
- Valid Australian working rights
n
- Barista and FOH experience strongly preferred
n
- Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
n
- Attention to detail without compromising product quality or service efficiency
n
- Ability to work independently
n
- Availability to work across a rotating shifts between 6am - 4pm, including Weekends and Public Holidays
n
