Working within EFNLHN's Consumer Directed Care model, you'll deliver support shaped by each client's own goals and preferences.
Key responsibilities n

- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility with respect and dignity.

- Performing household tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and minor gardening.

- Providing reliable transport to appointments and community outings.
n
- Supporting social engagement and activities that contribute to client wellbeing.
