The Opportunity n

A rare opportunity has become available for an Educational Leader to join the leadership team of this respected not-for-profit community centre. In this role, you will work closely with the Director to guide and support educators across all rooms. You’ll have a strong hands‑on presence, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and uplifting the professional practice of the team. Operating above ratio and supported by a values‑driven committee,

The Ideal Candidate nn
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
n
- A genuine passion for supporting children, families, and community
n
- Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and RRHAN-EC training
n
- A valid South Australian Working With Children Check
n
