Thinking about making the move to Perth? This could be the opportunity to make it happen! A nationally recognised Architecture firm is looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Project Lead to join their Perth CBD fringe studio. This is a genuine relocation opportunity for an Architect looking for a fresh start in Perth while continuing to work on complex, high-profile projects within a nationally recognised practice. You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, lead project teams and work closely with clients, consultants and contractors across a diverse range of commercial, high-rise and mixed-use projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES n

n
- Lead projects from initial concept through to completion
n
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors
n
- Manage project programs, budgets and reporting
n
- Oversee project delivery and documentation
n
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
n
- Identify project risks and drive proactive solutions
n
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and approvals
n
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams
n





CRITERIA nn
- 6+ years post-graduation experience
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture
n
- Proven experience delivering complex projects
n
- Strong REVIT experience
n
- Ideally exposure to hotel, accommodation, high-rise or mixed-use projects
n
- Robust project leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
- Excellent commercial awareness
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
