Job Description

Harding+ is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Retail Manager to lead on-board cruise retail teams and drive sales performance. You will set the standard for guest service, train staff, and deliver memorable luxury shopping experiences at sea.

This contract role offers accommodation and meals on board, visas and seafaring documents, bespoke training, and ongoing support from the central office. Contracts run up to 6 months with 1–2 month breaks between voyages.
