The Role:

Manage and review accounting, taxation and business advisory engagements across a diverse client portfolio

Lead day-to-day client relationships and act as a key point of contact

Oversee workflow planning, job allocation and deadline management

Review work prepared by Accountants and Graduates to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance

Mentor and develop junior team members both technically and professionally

Support Managers and Partners with complex business advisory, tax strategy and client projects

Assist with ATO audits, reviews and supporting documentation

About You:

Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Business

CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)

3+ years Australian public practice accounting experience

Strong technical capability across tax, compliance and business structures

n

Proven experience managing workflow and reviewing work

Leadership capability with mentoring or supervisory experience

Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
