Delight Dental Spa is a premium practice across two Sydney sites (Mascot and Pagewood/Eastgardens) with an established, well-used in-house digital lab. We need a confident dental technician to produce our lab work and help keep the practice running with ordering and ad‑hoc organisation. It’s a hands‑on, varied role with a steady flow of work — ideal for someone who likes to stay productive and keep busy. Minimum 2 days a week; up to 4 if you can also assist chairside.

What you’ll do n

- Produce our lab work — 3D‑printed models and splints,
removable retainers, bleaching trays, night guards and V‑loop retainers; thermoforming and wire bending to spec

- Work with CAD/CAM software and prepare designs for the dentists’ approval before printing
n
- Follow 3D‑printing safety and QC standards — resin handling, wash‑and‑cure, safe waste disposal
n
- Manage ordering and stock across both sites
n
- Help with ad‑hoc tasks, and assist chairside on nominated days (4‑day option)

About you nn
- Confident in 3D printing (models and splints), thermoforming and wire bending
n
- Experience with bleaching trays and removable retainers
n
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software
n
- Dental technician or lab experience (a qualification is a plus); dental assisting welcome for the extra days
n
- Likes to stay productive and keep busy — comfortable with a steady, varied workload across lab, ordering and support
n
