The role:

This is a highly impactful role where you will drive clinical excellence, workforce capability and best practice care, working closely with Facility Managers, Clinical Leaders and Quality teams.n
nYou will play a key role in uplifting clinical standards and ensuring teams are confident, competent and delivering person-centred care aligned to the Aged Care Quality Standards.n

Key responsibilities:n

n
- Design, deliver and evaluate clinical education programs
n
- Facilitate onboarding, mandatory training and competency assessments
n
- Coach, mentor and support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff
n




- Identify gaps in clinical practice and implement targeted education strategies
n
- Support accreditation readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Partner with leadership teams to embed best practice care delivery
n
- Contribute to incident reviews, audits and clinical governance activities
n

To be successful you will have: n

n
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
- Demonstrated experience in aged care (Clinical Nurse / Care Manager level preferred)
n
- Previous experience in education, training or staff development
n
- Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation
n
- Confident facilitator with the ability to influence and engage teams
n
- Ability to travel across multiple sites as required
n
