The role & responsibilities: n

- Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
n
- Drive store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control & shrinkage.
n
- Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve KPIs.
n
- Receive and process high volumes of stock efficiently.
n
- Maintain stockroom organisation and in-store presentation.
n
- Assist on the shop floor and support the team as needed

To be successful in this role, you will have: nn
- Passion for customer service and a strong understanding of sneaker and Sportswear, streetwear culture.
n
- Experience in retail, leadership, or stockroom operations is a bonus.
n
- A motivated & driven 'Make it Happen' attitude.
n
- Versatile availability to work across a full-time roster, including weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
