About the Position: n

This role offers the opportunity to join a energetic and growing tax practice, taking personal ownership of matters and transaction workstreams.

Take personal ownership of complex matters, develop client relationships and work directly with esteemed Partners

n

advise on tax structuring and implementation for M&A;, divestments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.

n

Assist with rulings, clearances and engagement with revenue authorities

n

Advise on tax clauses and risk allocation for a range of transaction and financing documents

About you: n

2 to 8 years post admission experience of Australian taxation law, gained in a leading law or professional services firm.

n

Confidence working directly with clients and other advisers

n

Strong experience in advisory and transactional tax
