About the Role n
nAs a People & Culture Advisor, you’ll support the wider People & Culture team and assist managers and employees across a variety of day-to-day HR matters.n




nYou’ll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and confidence across the employee lifecycle while receiving support from experienced People & Culture Business Partners.n
nYour responsibilities will include:n
n

- Responding to day-to-day People & Culture enquiries
n
- Providing practical support to managers and employees
n
- Supporting employee lifecycle activities and employment changes
n
- Assisting with employee documentation and correspondence
n
- Supporting the consistent application of policies, procedures and people processes
n
- Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HR systems administration
n
- Assisting with employee relations and workplace matters, with support from experienced team members
n
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Building positive relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation
n
- Supporting workplace safety, wellbeing and compliance activities
n

About You n
nYou don’t need to be an established HR Advisor to be successful in this role.n
nWe’re looking for someone with a foundation in HR, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing a career in People & Culture.n
nYou may bring:n
n

n




- Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, or be working towards them
n
- Previous experience in an HR, People & Culture, recruitment or similar people-focused role
n
- An understanding of general HR practices and the employee lifecycle
n
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle information professionally and confidentially
n
- Confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders
n
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and exposure to HR systems
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach
n
