Part-time Customer Advisor – Grafton Branch

Hours: Part-time,50 hours a fortnight, 9:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday

Remuneration: $32.50 per hour, plus leave loading and superannuation

Regional Australia Bank and Summerland Bank have recently come together, bringing two customer-owned banks with strong regional and community connections into one organisation. AtGrafton, where many customers know and value the Summerland name, this role is about continuing that local, relationship-based service while being part of the broader Regional Australia Bank team.

We’re now looking for a friendly and enthusiasticCustomer Advisor to join our team at our Grafton Branch on a permanent, part-time basis.

In this role you will learn the fundamentals of banking whilst developing trusted customer relationships. The role of Customer Advisor is well suited to those who thrive on providing an exceptional customer experience and who want to connect and add value in the local community.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, providing friendly, accurate and professional service across a range of everyday banking needs.

You’ll support customers with transactions, account enquiries, account opening and digital banking, while helping identify products, services or referrals that may support their broader financial goals.
