Dennis Trading in Wagga Wagga is hiring a permanent Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage accounts and transport compliance data. This is an organized, detail-oriented role for 10–12 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available.

Key responsibilities

Manage invoicing, supplier payments, and statement reconciliations for Accounts Payable & Receivable

Maintain accurate day-to-day data entry and ledger management using MYOB

Manage data entry and record-keeping for the National Heavy Vehicle Inspection Scheme (NHVIS)

Process regular payroll, superannuation, and Single Touch Payroll (STP)

About you

Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role, ideally within the transport, logistics, or trading industries

Robust proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with heavy vehicle compliance or NHVIS record-keeping is highly regarded

Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and absolute reliability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
