Job Description

We’re an Australian menswear brand known for quality tailoring, natural fibres and exceptional service. We’re also a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.

About the role

You’ll take ownership of the concession’s performance, lead from the floor and deliver the personal service M.J. Bale is known for.

Your day will include:

- Leading, coaching and inspiring the concession team
- Driving sales and delivering against targets and KPIs




- Building lasting relationships with new and returning customers
- Managing rosters, stock, visual merchandising and daily operations
- Developing a strong working relationship with the Myer team
- Keeping the concession sharp, well stocked and ready for trade
- Identifying opportunities to grow the business

About you

You’ll bring:

- Retail management experience, ideally in premium fashion or menswear
- A strong sales record and confidence working towards targets
- The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in tailoring, styling and customer service
