Myxa is seeking compassionate Disability/Mental Health Support Workers to provide personalised support in participants' homes and communities in the Melbourne area. Shifts include mornings, afternoons and sleepovers, with duties spanning personal care, mobility and daily living activities to support independence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SIL, experience with complex needs and a solid understanding of NDIS and person-centred care, plus a valid licence.
