We employ a skilled in-house trade team responsible for the management, maintenance and operation of our accommodation villages and housing assets.

THE ROLE n

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Facilities Maintenance Team in Blackwater.

n

This role will be responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across accommodation villages and housing within the Minumbra Blackwater portfolio.

FULL TIME n

- 7/7 roster;
n
- Accommodation and meals provided whilst on site;
n
- Ideally suit local candidate in the Blackwater / Emerald area with the ability to DIDO;
n
- Company vehicle provided whilst on roster; and
n

POSITIONS WE ARE SEEKING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR TO BE CONSIDERED nn
- Queensland-recognised electrical trade qualification;
n
- Current Queensland electrical license;
n




- Queensland Electrical Contractor License — highly regarded;
n
- Supervisory competency qualifications, S1, S2, S3 and G2 — preferred but not essential;
n
- Current Coal Board Medical;
n
- Current LVR / CPR within the last 12 months;
n
- Tickets and licenses applicable to the trade qualification;
n
- Working at Heights ticket;
n
- Construction White Card — essential;
n
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment functional assessment and drug and alcohol screen;
n
- Ability to pass an Australian Police Check;
n
- Adaptable approach and positive attitude towards customers;
n
- Commitment to performing all work in accordance with site health, safety, environmental and community policies, systems and procedures; and
n
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
