Job Description

Gateways Support Services in Geelong is seeking a Residential Support Worker to empower the people we support to live independently and participate in the community. You will provide hands-on support in a safe, inclusive setting as part of their care team.

Duties include assisting with personal care and daily living tasks, supporting community participation, keeping accurate records, and building meaningful relationships to deliver person-centred care.
