We are looking for a talented Strategic Partnership Program Lead ANZ to establish, lead and continuously evolve our Strategic Partnership Program across Australia and New Zealand.

n

This high-impact role will work across Milwaukee and selected strategic distribution partners to ensure strategic initiatives are translated into disciplined execution, measurable outcomes and long‑term partnership success.

What you'll do n

You will be responsible for designing and managing Milwaukee's Strategic Partnership Program including:

n

- Building a Program framework including eligibility criteria, operating principles and decision rights.
n
- Establishing governance forums, cadence, and performance metrics.
n
- Translating strategy into repeatable partner practices and ways of working.
n
- Managing risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
n
- Owing program scorecards, dashboards, and benefit tracking.
n

In addition, you will work with key internal and customer stakeholders including:

- Working on partner strategic business reviews and joint planning initiatives with clear commercial and operational targets, commitments, and performance outcomes.
n
- Coordinating cross‑functional programs and partner investments including tracking joint initiatives and shared investments between Milwaukee and its strategic partners.
n
- Building trusted relationships with Milwaukee as well as senior partner leadership teams.
n

About You nn
- Experienced in strategic partnerships, program management or enterprise projects.
n
- Robust understanding of product business lifecycles from supply chain through to retail partner distribution.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
n
- Commercially minded with excellent organisational capability.
n
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting and performance measurement.
n
- Comfortable working with senior leaders across multiple functions.
n
