Paxus is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major Commonwealth Government capability development program in Canberra. The role focuses on analysing complex requirements, identifying capability gaps, and delivering documentation for government approvals and future capability delivery.

The successful candidate will liaise with diverse stakeholders, translate operational needs into actionable requirements, and apply both traditional and Agile BA methodologies.
