CIVIL SUPERVISOR – CARPENTRY/FORMWORK EXPERIENCE n
Civelec Solutions is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor with strong carpentry and formwork experience.
n
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for leading the civil crew while also working on the tools when required.
THE ROLE n
n
- Supervising civil crews and subcontractors
n
- Planning daily work, labour, plant and materials
n
- Setting out and building formwork
n
- Forming footings, slabs and concrete structures
n
- Coordinating excavation, trenching, pits and conduit installation
n
- Reading construction plans and drawings
n
- Overseeing reinforcement and concrete pours
n
- Completing site and quality documentation
n
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
n
- Liaising with clients, builders and project managers
n
WHAT YOU’LL NEED nn
- Civil construction supervisory experience
n
- Robust carpentry and formwork experience
n
- Ability to read and work from construction drawings
n
- Concrete and reinforcement experience
n
- White Card
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- A practical, hands-on approach
n
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
n
- Must be willing and available to work away from home on projects anywhere across NSW when required, including overnight and multi-day stays
n
