Job Description

TGE Freight are looking for an experienced Performance & Reward Specialist to own and drive remuneration, job evaluation and reward frameworks across the diverse workforce. This is a key SME role with the opportunity to shape reward strategy, ensuring pay structures are competitive, equitable, commercially sustainable and aligned to business performance.

Key responsibilities n

Own job evaluation, grading and remuneration frameworks

n

Lead remuneration benchmarking, annual salary reviews and reward governance

n

Provide expert advice on pay equity, incentives and performance reward

n

Partner with ER/IR to align reward structures with operational workforce and enterprise agreements

n





Provide trusted reward insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board

n

Build reward capability across the broader HR team

About you n

Strong experience across remuneration, reward and job evaluation

n

Experience with Mercer IPE and/or Korn Ferry Hay methodologies

n

Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder skills

n

Understanding of reward within a blue-collar and industrial environment

n

Confidence to operate as a trusted Reward SME and influence senior decision-makers

n
