Job Description

AIA Australia is seeking a P&C; Operations Analyst to support People & Culture Operations, Governance and Insights. You will contribute to workforce reporting, data quality initiatives, governance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will partner with stakeholders to improve reporting processes, data quality and efficiency while maintaining governance registers and documentation. A background in HR, analytics or related fields is highly valued.
