The prospect

You will begin by supporting the Director across listings, marketing campaigns, buyer management, inspections, prospecting and sales administration. As your skills and confidence develop, you will take on greater client contact, campaign responsibility and business-development activity.

No two days will be the same. One day you may help prepare a listing presentation, organise photography and launch a property online. The next may involve speaking with buyers, attending inspections, preparing a vendor update or making prospecting calls to create future opportunities.

This is an active, client-facing role—not a desk-only administration position. You will be expected to get involved, communicate confidently, follow through on commitments and bring energy to the team.

What you'll learn

- How to prepare for listing presentations and property appraisals.
- How residential sales campaigns are planned, launched and managed.
- How to communicate with vendors and provide useful campaign feedback.
- How to respond to buyer enquiries, conduct follow-up and build relationships.
