Position

Sales Associate — Casual

Location: Robina Town Centre, Gold Coast QLD Pay: Starting from $28.00 per hour

General Retail Industry Award (MA )

Store Operating Hours:

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 9:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Opening shifts include an additional 15 minutes for operational tasks. Closing shifts include an additional 30 minutes.

About the Role

This role is for someone with a flexible schedule to be available any time during operating hours. This could be based on people out sick,



vacation and/or support needed due to store being busy. As a Casual Sales Associate at See’s Candies, your main focus is both supporting our sales floor and online order fulfilment — picking, packing, and preparing shipments to ensure every customer receives their chocolates in perfect condition. You will support in-store operations when needed, including during team member vacations, sick leave, or other absences.

For high-performing individuals, this casual position may become permanent based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Customer Experience

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Offer product recommendations and allergen information
- Assist with gift selections and custom chocolate boxes
- Deliver a premium See’s customer experience on the shop floor
