Ingenia welcomes a casual Guest Experience Officer to our Lake Macquarie Holidays site, reporting to the Park Manager. You will be the welcoming face, ensuring smooth check-ins and rich guest experiences while promoting Ingenia Holidays destinations.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or tourism experience, solid customer service skills, and familiarity with booking tools like Newbook and Microsoft Office. A valid Working with Children Check and driver’s licence are required.
