Woolworths Group is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a short-term Christmas casual assignment in Mascot, Sydney. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries via calls, emails and chats with a friendly, accurate approach.

This temporary role runs from 9 November to 3 January 2027, with comprehensive onsite training and a rotating roster. You will contribute to delivering a positive customer experience during the peak season.
