The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our practice and will provide administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients in person, via phone, and through digital communication channels.

- Manage all aspects of the patient journey, from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up.

- Oversee appointment scheduling, ensuring smooth coordination between patients and practitioners.

- Administer patient records, ensuring all information is accurate, confidential, and up to date.
n
- Support patients with health fund queries, consent forms, treatment plans, and payment processing.
n
- Assist with patient queries, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout their experience with our practice.

- Represent our practice in social media channels.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
n
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage patient information, schedules, and documentation efficiently.

- Ability to navigate the full patient journey, ensuring all aspects from appointment scheduling to post-treatment care are handled smoothly.

- High attention to detail, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
