THE ROLE n
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
n
n
- Assisting with finance applications from enquiry through to settlement
n
- Collecting and reviewing client information
n
- Preparing lender submissions
n
- Communicating with clients, lenders and referral partners
n
- Following up outstanding applications and documents
n
- Updating our CRM and maintaining accurate client records
n
- Supporting compliance and file-management requirements
n
- Learning lender policies and identifying suitable finance solutions
n
- Helping develop and maintain long-term client relationships
n
- Communicates confidently and professionally
n
- Has strong attention to detail
n
- Is organised and comfortable working with deadlines
n
- Has good computer and CRM skills
n
- Is willing to learn and take responsibility
n
- Works well in a team environment
n
- Has a positive, client-focused attitude
n
n
Experience in finance, banking, mortgage broking, asset finance, accounting or administration will be highly regarded.
n
For an experienced broker, relevant finance-broking qualifications and industry experience are preferred.
