Job Description

RSM Australia is seeking a Graduate to join the Corporate Finance - Transactions team in Sydney, with a start planned for 2026. Open to graduates who have completed or are due to complete by the end of 2026.

The role focuses on corporate finance advisory, due diligence, and transaction support across various industries. You will engage in reporting accountant engagements, advise on buy/sell side transactions, and assist with data rooms, information memorandums, and bank financing processes.
